Otherwise, also e-mail a paragraph to use as your biographic profile on the Talent page.

Some members wish to maintain a level of confidentiality. Provide instructions on whether you wish to have your name, street address, e-mail address and phone number listed. The advantage of listing your name is that members of the community may recognize your name and contact you to provide job leads. Profiles that have real names are more inviting to read than profiles that are just identified with a number. Should you decide not to list your name, a member number will be assigned to you and any inquiries will be forwarded to you via phone or amyl.
